Samuel (Sam) M Booher
I am a native of the Tri-Cities area and joined Wilson Worley in 2010. The Northeast Tennessee region covered by our firm is my home and has been for my family for generations.
I practice in a number of areas but concentrate most of my practice in business law, assisting businesses and individuals in litigation, transactions, employment issues, creditor rights, and landlord tenant needs. I enjoy being able to cover the full scope of legal needs for our business clients.
I also greatly enjoy being involved in the local community. I am currently the chairman of the board at Mountain Region Speech and Hearing Center, a board member of the newly created Kingsport young professional group PEAK ("Professionals Engaged in Advancing Kingsport"), a member of Kingsport Jaycees, and a mock trial coach. I also give my time as an officer for the bar association and voluteer for the court through our local pro bono programs.
I am admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
